Keep every cold load in range, all the way.
Temperature probes in your refrigerated trucks, containers and cold rooms report live to the Data Drive platform. You get an alert the moment a load drifts out of range, and a complete temperature record for every trip to show your customers.
A few degrees can cost you the whole load
Milk, meat, fish, flowers, fresh produce, vaccines and medicines all spoil quickly when the cold chain breaks. A refrigeration unit switched off to save fuel, a door left open at a stop, or a fault on a long route can go unnoticed until the cargo is rejected at delivery. Temperature monitoring shows you the problem while there is still time to fix it.
Live temperature
See the temperature inside every refrigerated truck, trailer or container next to its location and speed.
Too warm / too cold alerts
Set the safe range for each load. You get an alert by app notification or email when it is crossed, with where and when it happened.
Proof for your customers
A temperature report for any trip or day shows that the load stayed in range from loading to delivery.
Several probes per unit
Monitor the front and back of a trailer, or several compartments, with separate probes.
Refrigeration and door checks
Combine temperature with door sensors or the reefer's power to see why the temperature changed.
Cold rooms and stores
The same probes work in fixed cold rooms and freezers, so your whole cold chain is on one platform.
How it works
Probes are installed
Our technicians fit digital temperature probes in the cargo area and connect them to the GPS tracker.
Readings stream continuously
The tracker sends the temperature with every position, so readings are tied to place and time.
You set the range
Choose the minimum and maximum for each unit or load, for example 2–8 °C for vaccines or below −18 °C for frozen food.
Alerts and reports
Drivers and managers are alerted when the range is crossed; reports keep the full history for customers and audits.
Common questions
Which temperature range can it measure?
Our digital probes measure from deep-freeze to ambient temperatures, so they suit frozen, chilled and controlled-room-temperature cargo.
Will I know if the refrigeration unit is switched off?
Yes. A rising temperature triggers an alert, and the unit's power or door can be monitored at the same time to show the cause.
Can I share temperature reports with my customers?
Yes. Reports can be exported as PDF or Excel and sent with the delivery, or scheduled by email.
Does it work in cold rooms without a vehicle?
Yes. A tracker with probes works in fixed cold rooms and freezers as well as in vehicles.
