Which trackers can I use?
Teltonika (FMB and others), Concox and other GT06-protocol trackers such as SeeWorld, and JT808 dashcams. If you use another model, tell us — we add new models on request.
Can my clients see my brand instead of Data Drive's?
Yes. Set your name, logo, colour and support contacts in the CMS. Your clients sign in at your own web address (for example track.yourcompany.co.ke) and see your brand on the dashboard, in the app, on report PDFs and in emails.
Can I move my units from another platform?
Yes. Trackers are pointed to the Data Drive servers by SMS or configuration, and we help you add your clients and units in the CMS.
How am I billed?
Per unit, by device type (Basic, FMS, PCB, Asset, Dashcam), paid yearly — or with prepaid unit tokens that you spend as you add and renew units. The details are in your Dealer Agreement.
Can you add a feature my client needs?
Yes. Custom reports, sensors, alerts and integrations are what this service is for. We give you a quote and a timeline first.
Is there a mobile app for my clients?
Yes. Your clients use the Data Drive app on Android, with iOS coming soon, as well as the web dashboard.
Who owns my clients' data?
Your clients' tracking data is theirs. We host it securely and never sell or share it.
