Know what every truck is carrying — before the weighbridge does.
Load sensors on the axles or suspension report each truck's payload live. Avoid overloading fines and wear, prove what was loaded and delivered, and see at once if cargo goes missing between the two.
Overloading and missing cargo both start with weight you can't see
An overloaded truck is fined at the weighbridge, wears out its tyres, brakes and suspension, and is more dangerous on the road. Under-loaded trucks waste trips. And when cargo is offloaded on the way, nobody knows until the delivery is short. With weight monitoring you see the payload of every truck as it changes.

Overload alerts
Get an alert when a truck is loaded over its limit — at the loading point, before it reaches a weighbridge.
Load and unload events
Every loading and offloading is recorded with the time, place and weight, so you can match it to the delivery note.
Cargo removed on the way
A drop in weight away from the delivery point is flagged immediately — the clearest sign of cargo theft.
Trip and tonnage reports
Tonnes carried per trip, per truck and per driver, for billing customers and planning capacity.
Less wear on your trucks
Keeping trucks within their rated load protects tyres, axles, brakes and suspension.
How it works
Sensors are fitted
Load cells or air-suspension pressure sensors are installed on the axles and connected to the GPS tracker.
We calibrate them
Each truck is calibrated with known loads — for example at a weighbridge — so readings are in kilograms or tonnes.
Weight streams live
The tracker sends the payload with every position, so you can see where and when it changed.
Alerts and reports
Overloading and unexpected weight drops trigger alerts; reports show every load and offload.
Common questions
Which trucks can it be fitted to?
Trucks and trailers on air suspension use pressure sensors; trucks on leaf springs use load cells or axle sensors. We recommend the right sensor after seeing the truck.
How accurate is it?
After calibration it gives a reliable payload for each truck — accurate enough to catch overloading and missing cargo. It doesn't replace a certified weighbridge ticket.
Can it help us avoid weighbridge fines?
Yes. You know the payload while the truck is still at the loading point, so an overload can be corrected before it travels.
Does it work together with fuel and tracking?
Yes. Weight, fuel, location and driving data are all on the same Data Drive platform and in the same reports.
